Properties and benefits of ORGANIC bee bread

With a high content of vitamins, lactic acid, enzymes and minerals, pollen is thus transformed into a "super-food" rich in fibers and proteins, easily assimilated by the body.

How to take ORGANIC bee bread?

It is recommended to take 1 half a teaspoon (2 g) per day, to consume pure or mixed with a little honey or in a compote.
