Description
Resveratrol (also known as trans-resveratrol or 3,4 ', 5-trihydroxysilbene) is a natural phytoalexin, found in the skin of red grapes, peanuts, blueberries, and some other berries. It is a powerful antioxidant produced by some plants in response to stress, injury, infection, or ultraviolet (UV) irradiation.
Resveratrol is recognized for its beneficial effects, among others, on cardiovascular health, blood glucose control, bone health, and memory. Therefore, resveratrol is widely used as a key ingredient to promote healthy aging.
How to take Liposomal Resveratrol?
One or two shots x 5 ml directly in a glass of water or juice, or according to the recommendation of the health professional.
It is recommended to start with a dose of 5 ml and if the desired effects are not achieved increase 5 ml twice a day.
Precautions
Resveratrol according to some studies seems to have antiplatelet or anticoagulant effects
Storage conditions
Store in a cool and dry place.
Once opened, store in a refrigerator and consume within two months.
Shake before using.
It is recommended to take on an empty stomach for optimal absorption, if taken with food, better before meals.
