Resveratrol acts as an antioxidant, antiplatelet, vasodilator, and inhibits cell proliferation. It can be ingested as a dietary supplement that is obtained from the seeds and seeds of grapes, as well as the root of the Poligonum Cuspidatum plant and Japanese Knotweed extract.
