Properties and benefits of Liposomal Q10

The main functions of Coenzyme Q10 include activity as an antioxidant, membrane stabilizer, and as a cofactor in many metabolic pathways, particularly in the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP-energy) in oxidative respiration.

How to take Liposomal Q10?

One or two 5 ml doses directly in a glass of water or juice, or as recommended by the health professional.

Do not mix with hot drinks, shake before using.

It is recommended to take on an empty stomach for optimal absorption, but if you take it with food the product will also be absorbed.

Precautions

Concomitant use of warfarin (anticoagulant) and coenzyme Q 10 supplementation decreases the anticoagulant effect of warfarin in some cases.

Storage conditions

Keep refrigerated after opening.
