Description

CoQ-10 exists in two chemical forms: oxidized (ubiquinone) and reduced (ubiquinol). Once oxidized, CoQ-10 (ubiquinone) is used in the body where it is transformed and converted to ubiquinol. Reduced CoQ-10 (ubiquinol) behaves the same way, turning into ubiquinone when it performs its function in the body.
