Tensinox is a food supplement based on L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D3, vitamin B2 and niacin, useful for muscle tension linked to daily stress.

Properties and benefits of Tensinox tablets

L-Tryptophan is the only precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood. Vitamin D3 and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the muscles.

Magnesium also, together with niacin and vitamin B2, contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to take Tensinox tablets?

Take 2 tablets a day separate from meals, with an interval of at least 10 hours between the two intakes.

Precautions

Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Store in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight.

Composition of Tensinox tablets
