How to take L-Tryptophan I-Complex?

It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day outside of meals with plenty of juice, milk or water (250 ml.)

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and for a healthy lifestyle

L-tryptophan (276 mg), Magnesium oxide (60% Mg) (83.33 mg), Hydrolyzed brown rice (11.66 mg), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.56 mg), Magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent ) (7.45 mg); Vegetable gelatin capsule (96 mg)
