How to take G.S. Calm?

Take 1 vegetable capsule a day, preferably outside of meals.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool, dry place and protected from sunlight.

Composition of G.S. Calm

Bulking agent: vegetable cellulose capsule; Griffonia simplicifolia (seed standardized to 94% 5HTP), capsule: alpha galactosidase; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.

For 1 capsule: Griffonia simplicifolia (seed extract) (provides 94% of 5HTP) (51.02 mg).
