Properties and benefits of Creatine powder

You can amplify the effects of your resistance training with Creatine Powder. The formula contains Creapure™, the purest, safest and highest quality creatine on the market that will help you achieve the best results at the power level. Creatine supplementation has positive effects on strength and power which will consequently make longer-term training, faster recovery between sets and increased muscle volume in the long term.

How to take Creatine powder?

  • Loading phase: mix 5g in 250 ml of water or in a glass of orange juice. Take four doses a day (20g) - at breakfast, lunch, before and after strength training for 5 days.
  • Maintenance phase: mix 5g in 250 ml of water and take 30 to 40 minutes before training for 8 weeks.

Precautions

It is not recommended in case of allergy to any of its components, diabetes and/or kidney failure. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
