    Good composition per dosage. Vegetable capsules. I bought it for energy and to help burn fat. So far it has helped, but no big changes, but I started taking it a little while ago.

Properties and benefits of L-carnitine

General improvement in energy production. The fat that is ingested in the diet is digested and transformed into triglycerides for later storage in adipose tissue, a process that is stimulated by insulin. Carnitine also participates in the oxidation of amino acids and ketones when necessary.

How to take L-carnitine?

It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day, 1 capsule half an hour before the main meals.
