LT Labo's Organic Phyco + Spirulina is an organic food supplement, grown without pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and without synthetic fertilizers. The patented dehydration methods ensure that all the qualities of fresh spirulina are maintained. This supplement is very rich in Phycocyanins, which offer significant antioxidant activity, and therefore a remarkable "anti-aging" action.
Properties and benefits of Organic Spirulina Phyco +
Phycocyanins also boost our immune defenses; stimulate the formation of red blood cells; promote muscle activity. They also stimulate the production of an enzyme (lactate dehydrogenase) which will "buffer" lactic acid during its production and prevent its accumulation in the muscles (thus fighting stiffness and cramps).
Spirulina Phyco + from LT Labo is composed of:
- Proteins and amino acids: spirulina contains 60 to 70% of highly assimilable proteins and having all the amino acids, including the 8 essential and the BCAAS (leucine, isoleucine, valine).
- Pigments: spirulina contains phycocyanin with antioxidant and immunomodulatory activity; chlorophyll which promotes cellular oxygenation; beta-carotene precursor of vitamin A, which protects the youth and suppleness of the skin.
- Vitamins: spirulina contains group B vitamins, in particular B1, B2 and B12. Spirulina is one of the rare plant sources of vitamin B12.
- Enzymes: spirulina contains SOD (Super Oxide Dismutase) known as a major weapon against cell oxidation (anti-aging action).
- Trace elements: spirulina provides calcium, bioavailable iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, phosphorus, chromium, copper, zinc.
How to take Organic Spirulina Phyco +?
It is advisable to take 2 to 4 tablets per day.
