How to take Organic Spirulina?

It is advisable to take 4 tablets per day with a full glass of water.

Precautions

Avoid in case of proven excess iron or taking anticoagulant treatment (due to the presence of vitamin K). The consumption of spirulina is not recommended for individuals suffering from phenylketonuria or having an allergic terrain or a muscular or hepatic vulnerability. Beta-carotene is not recommended for smokers. Warning ! A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is strongly advised not to exceed the recommended doses. Keep out of reach of children.
