How to take Activated carbon - gases?

Take 2 capsules after meals, one to three times a day and accompanied by a glass of liquid.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Avoid consumption together with medications and other fiber-based food supplements. An excessive consumption of fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal upset. Without gluten. Without lactose.

Storage conditions

Activated carbon of vegetable origin, Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), Capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), dry extract of green anise fruit (Pimpinella anisum L.), bulking agent (calcium phosphates), dry extract of fennel fruit ( Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) 2% essential oil, stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose), mix of bacterial strains (Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus plantarum), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
