Indication
When you breastfeed, frequent baby suckling can deplete the natural oils on your skin. This can cause the nipples to be tender, dry and sore, and may even start to crack. Purelan ™ 100 lanolin cream is helpful in recovering these oils. And of course you don't need to wait for your nipples to be sore or chapped to use this nipple cream. You can apply it as a mild moisturizer to help keep the skin of the breasts softer and more flexible, before or after breastfeeding. You can even use it to relieve itchy or tender nipples during pregnancy.
Intake mode
It is recommended to apply if you breastfeed, Purelan ™ 100 lanolin cream directly after feedings. Make sure you have clean hands before pumping a little milk and running it over your nipple and areola (the darker skin around your nipple). Then let them dry. Then extract a small amount of lanolin cream (about the size of a pea) and heat it and soften it with your fingertips. Gently apply it to the nipple.
