What is Orthomol Natal?

Orthomol Natal from Orthomol is a food supplement that contains important nutrients both for the development of the child and the well-being of the mother during pregnancy and breastfeeding and for women who want to have a child.

What does Orthomol Natal contain?

It contains a combination of specific micronutrients for all stages : preconception, pregnancy and lactation, folic acid that contributes to normal growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy.

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

The intake of docosaexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother contributes to the normal development of the brain and the development of sight in the fetus and infant.

Folic acid contributes to normal growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy. The supplementary intake of folic acid increases the folate level in pregnant women. A low level of folate in pregnant women is a risk factor for the formation of neural tube defects in the growing fetus.

Iron contributes to normal red blood cell and hemoglobin formation.

Calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, vitamin D, vitamin B12, and folic acid all play a role in cell division.

Vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D, folic acid, iron, zinc, selenium, and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones.

How to take Orthomol Natal?

It is recommended to take daily dissolved in 150-200 ml of still water or fruit juice, together with the brown capsules (omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, trace elements) and the white capsule (lactic acid bacteria cultures) during or after of a meal. The daily ration can be divided into several meals.

Precautions

Contains easily assimilable carbohydrates (8.1 g per daily serving). In case of glucose intolerance disorders take with careful metabolic controls.

Contains iodine, if you suffer from disorders of thyroid function, consult your doctor before taking.

During pregnancy the iron requirement and often also the magnesium requirement is particularly high. Therefore, an additional contribution of these substances may be necessary. Your gynecologist will advise you in this regard.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
