2-phase expression technology

Medela Harmony is one of the few hand pumps in the world that features 2-phase expression technology. The breast pump simulates the baby's natural sucking behavior in the mother's breast.

The 2-phase design simply means that to stimulate disappointment (when your milk starts to flow), you start pumping with the shorter side of the pump handle, creating a faster, baby-like suction cycle hungry. Once the milk begins to flow, it switches to the longer side of the handle, creating a slower suction cycle to express most of the milk.

It is one of the few hand pumps in the world with 2-phase Expression technology. It is small, light and easy to carry.
