Femibion 2 pregnancy

Description

Developed to support your special needs and those of the baby from week 13 of pregnancy until birth, as a complement to a varied diet. This food supplement provides you with folates and DHA.

Indication

Folate remains important later in pregnancy, as it contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, including the formation of the placenta. The placenta provides the baby with all the nutrients. Therefore, care must be taken to have an adequate intake of folate throughout the pregnancy. Docosahexaenoic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid that plays a special role during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is recommended that pregnant and lactating women take an additional 200 mg of DHA per day, as it contributes to normal brain and eye development of the fetus and breastfed infant.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take 1 tablet and 1 capsule a day with enough water, preferably with food.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It should not be consumed by children. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place, below 25ºC. Keep protected from light.

Composition of Femibion 2 pregnancy

Tablets: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, calcium ascorbate, ferrous bisglycinate, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dye: calcium carbonate, maltodextrin, nicotinamide, bulking agent: cross-linked dodium carboxymethylcellulose, acid: citric acid, glazing agent : polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl cellulose and talc, zinc oxide, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, fatty acids and dicalcium phosphate, sucrose, modified starch, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, starch, riboflavin, calcium L-methylfolate (Metafolin®), folic acid, potassium iodide, sodium selenate, D-biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.

For 1 tablet: Folates 400µg 200% NRV, Folic acid 200µg, L-methylfolate(2) 208µg, Vitamin B1 1.4mg, Vitamin B2 1.4mg, Vitamin B6 1.9mg, Vitamin B12 4.5µg, Niacin (NE) 15mg, Biotin 40µg, Pantothenic acid 6mg, Vitamin E (α-TE) 4.8mg, Vitamin D 20µg, Vitamin C 55mg, Iodine 150µg, Selenium 30µg, Iron 14mg, Zinc 8mg, Magnesium 75mg.

Capsules: DHA-rich fish oil concentrate, fish gelatin, firming agent: glycerol, safflower oil, thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, lutein, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract, emulsifier : lecithins.

Per 1 capsule: Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 200g, Vitamin E (α-TE) 11mg, Lutein 9mg.
