Talpiot Artichoke Seeds

Late variety. Plant of medium size, leaves without thorns. The central heads are spherical and the secondary heads are more elongated. The Talpiot Artichoke requires exposure to direct sun or partial shade. The waterings must be regular. Transplant when the plants have 3 or 4 true leaves. Suitable for growing in a 120-liter pot. The artichoke is a very healthy vegetable. It is high in water, inulin and fiber, making it ideal for good digestion, fat burning and cholesterol control. The plants will produce for 2 to 3 years.
