Description
Branched plant with abundant flowering. The fruit is consumed in a small size, before it has finished developing. Varietal selection of fruits that do not present capsaicin (they do not sting).
The Padrón pepper requires a location with direct sun.
The waterings must be regular.
Transplant when the plants have 5 to 6 true leaves. It can be planted in 25 liter pots.
Due to their high water content (92%) and being low in fat and protein, they have a low caloric index. Minerals: potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium.
Do not transplant varieties of sweet peppers close to hot peppers to avoid hybridization.
