Description
Herb of the Canons are a rustic and precocious variety. Long green leaves. They are rich in vitamins (beta-carotene, vitamin C, and folic acid) and minerals (iron, iodine, and potassium).
Indication
The Canons are originally from Sicily. They resemble watercress, although with larger leaves. Its flavor is delicate and reminiscent of walnut or hazelnut, with a slightly spicy touch. They are also used as a garnish and to decorate dishes.
Intake mode
It is recommended to grow in 2-liter pots. They require exposure to direct sun or partial shade. The waterings must be regular. The seeds can be soaked the day before sowing to speed up germination.
