Description
The Aromandise Kyoto green tea teapot is inspired by traditional Japanese Kyusu and offers you a modern and original shape. In reality this type of teapot is essential for preparing green teas in a qualitative and traditional way.
Indication
White art porcelain with cobalt blue patterns, the Kyoto teapot has been handcrafted by our partner for 10 years in South China, specialist in porcelain. The alliance of Japanese tradition and Chinese know-how. The Kyoto porcelain teapot is a so-called “memoryless” teapot because its material does not absorb the aromas of different teas. It will therefore be suitable for all your teas!
Intake mode
It is recommended to place your tea leaves in the stainless steel filter then pour over the previously heated water, stopping the water level below the spout. To get the most out of the precious green tea leaves, you need a short brewing time (1-2 minutes), a moderate water temperature (70-80 ° C) for a large proportion of leaves, and therefore a teapot of low capacity. Empty the teapot at each service into 1 to 3 (small) cups. You can, however, do 2-3 serves. It's the opposite of an infusion in the West, in a large capacity teapot with a single infusion of 3-6 minutes!
