Komo Electric Strainer is a strainer for Komo's Fidibus Electric Mills. It incorporates three different sieves, to remove all or part of the shell of the freshly ground cereals.
Indication
It is an indispensable complement in the preparation of pastries. It offers you a quick and effortless sieving. Contains European plug.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use after grinding the flour, pass it through the sieve to obtain white or semi-integral flour. You must remove part of the husk of the cereal, to avoid the acidifying effect of fully integrated flours and the chelating effect of phytates.
