Description
The Amazake is the dessert par excellence of your macrobiotic diet, where in addition to using it as a dessert, you can use it as a substitute for sugar, since it is easy to digest and has many health benefits.
Indication
The white rice Amazake is made by hand by fermenting organic rice from the Ebro Delta to make it a naturally sweet food.
Intake mode
Recommendations for use:
- For added sweetness add rice syrup.
- Great combined with seasonal fruit.
- Provides creaminess.
- Drunk with water (hot in winter) and a little grated ginger.
Storage conditions
In a cool and dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator between 2ºC and 6ºC and consume for 7 days.
