Indication

The quintessential dessert of macrobiotic diets, it provides easily digestible energy and has many health benefits.

Intake mode

  • Macrobiotic dessert, vegan milk substitute.
  • For greater sweetness add any natural syrup or honey.
  • Great combined with seasonal fruit.
  • Provides creaminess.
  • Drank with water (hot in winter) and a little grated ginger.

Storage conditions

In a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator between 2ºC and 6ºC and consume within 7 days.

Ingredients

Water, koji (Asperillus oryzae and rice*) and brown rice.
