Description

Hazelnut and cocoa cream La Moretta de Probios is prepared with the best hazelnuts from Lazio, a smooth round Roman variety. The hazelnuts are roasted using the traditional method in an old cast iron oven, never exceeding a temperature of 100ºC.

Indication

La Moretta is prepared without adding milk, making it suitable for people with special dietary needs. It is also guaranteed gluten-free, present in the AIC manual and certified by the Vegan Society.

Intake mode

We also recommend trying the other spreads in the range based on cocoa and Italian hazelnuts, new recipes without palm oil.
