Description
This dark chocolate dessert is a must-have for gourmet cuisine featuring 63% organic and fair trade cocoa. Chocolate-based cakes will take on a new dimension with the mix of national varieties from Ecuador and the strength of chocolate from the Ivory Coast.
Intake mode
Microwave cooking is recommended: Break the tablet into small pieces in a microwave-safe glass container. Heat for a minute at 500w. Stir. Heat again for 30 seconds at 500 w. Mixture. Repeat the operation if necessary.
Conction to a water bath: Break the tablet into small pieces. Place a large pot of water and a small one with the chocolate. Heat over low heat without boiling the water. As soon as the chocolate starts to melt, stir regularly.
