Description
Maple syrup is a plant-based alternative to honey. It's known for the Master Cleanse Diet and, of course, as pancake syrup. However, this sweetener is much more than that.
Indication
You can cook and bake with it (macrobiotic) and use it as a base for dressings, sauces and ice cream. Maple comes from the maple tree. Produce a sugary juice every year.
Intake mode
It is recommended for a sandwich or a salad.
Storage conditions
After opening, store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
