Description
Barley malt in La Finestra Sul Cielo squeezer is obtained with the traditional method which involves the addition of sprouted barley (rich in enzymes) to a cooked cereal. A part of barley must always be present as an ingredient. Organic barley malt. The formation of a slight separation, crystallization or possible swelling of the cap is a completely natural phenomenon. Stir before use.
