Indication

Cane sugar is obtained by crystallizing the juice from the pulp of the sugar cane. Brown or whole cane sugar retains all its nutritional properties since it has not been refined and for this reason it is also called raw sugar. It has a pleasant flavor, with hints of licorice and its texture can be a little sticky since it contains cane molasses. Brown sugar contains alkaline mineral salts that help alkalinize our internal pH.
