Description

Integral cane sugar from organic farming. Rapadura is a denomination used in Brazil to designate the sugar traditionally made by evaporation of the cane juice.

Indication

Rapadura does not go through any type of refining, centrifugation, or any other type of chemical procedure. It preserves all the nutrients of the cane sugar. Provides a delicious flavor. It provides appreciable amounts of vitamin A, some from group B, C, D and E. Regarding minerals, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, zinc and manganese stand out among others.

Intake mode

It is recommended to sweeten whatever you want.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
