Description
Oak Honey Bio de Mielar is harvested in oak forests. It comes from sugary secretions from the oak. Dark amber, almost black, it does not crystallize if it is pure. It has a sweet and clearly malty aroma and flavor.
Indication
Honey is a very energetic food, since it has a high sugar content, between 70 and 80. With 25% fewer calories than conventional sugar (sucrose) but more sweetening power
Intake mode
