Indication

Manuka honey comes from the bee harvest on manuka, a shrub generally cultivated in New Zealand. The manuka, in Antiquity, was a plant particularly coveted by the Egyptians, because of the substances with indisputable virtues which they drew from its flowers, its leaves and its bark.

Intake mode

It is recommended in case of internal use to take the teaspoons of honey in the morning and in the evening before meals. In external use apply directly on the skin and protect the bandages. In cosmetic use uses Manuka honey as an ingredient in the composition of cosmetic masks for the face and hair.

Precautions

Note that this honey is not suitable for children under 12 months.
