Mielar oak honey is harvested in oak forests throughout the Peninsula. It comes from the sugary secretions of the oak. Due to its high mineral content, it is traditionally used to combat the demineralization of the body.

Indication

Honey is a very energetic food, as it has a high sugar content, between 70 and 80. With 25% fewer calories than conventional sugar (sucrose) but more sweetening power.

  • This honey is dark and dense, with a strong aroma and malty flavor.

Intake mode
