Alfalfa honey

Ideal consistency, neither too liquid nor too crystallized. Pronounced taste but much less intense than chestnut or heather honey for example. Very good product.

Consistance idéale, ni trop liquide, ni trop cristallisée. Goût prononcé mais beaucoup moins intense que les miels de châtaignier ou de bruyère par exemple. Très bon produit.

very good honey too, but unfortunately crystallized when I received it and therefore had to pass it in a bain-marie to restore its original appearance and flavor.

très bon miel également, mais hélas cristallisé quand je l'ai reçu et donc obligation de le passer au bain-marie pour lui rendre son aspect et sa saveur originels.

Very rich honey
