Debittered brewer's yeast

Description

Brewer's Yeast is an excellent source of macro and micro nutrients, especially in vitamins of group B. It provides minerals and proteins of great biological quality, since they contain all the essential amino acids.

It is an ideal complement in vegetarian diets, and in certain stages of life in which an extra supply of nutrients is needed.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take between 2 and 4 tablespoons a day. It can be taken before main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with plenty of fluids (water, milk or juice) or sprinkled on food (soups, vegetable puree, cereals, yogurt).

Precautions

May contain traces of sesame and milk.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Once opened, keep the container tightly closed.
