Description
Yeast of Beer Bag of Hijas del Sol, is a type of single-cell fungus and is used to make beer. It is a food with a high content of proteins, minerals (phosphorus, potassium, iron and calcium) and vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8 B9 and B12).
Indication
Brewer's yeast is rich in biotin (an important vitamin for the formation of hair, skin and nails). It also contains essential amino acids, essential for human life and necessary for the production of red and white blood cells. Due to its contribution of chromium, it improves the metabolism of carbohydrates and increases muscle and energy intake, which is why many athletes include it in their diet.
Due to its chromium content, it is also associated with the reduction of postprandial glycemia and the reduction of triglycerides and an increase in HDL.
Properties:
Brewer's yeast is used as a blood purifier, so its consumption is related to skin problems (as long as they are not extreme cases, in which case it is preferable to go to the dermatologist).
It has traditionally been consumed to improve the health of nails and hair. It improves our nervous system and thanks to its content in B vitamins, it improves our mood. Due to its high protein, vitamin and mineral content, it is used to complete vegetarian or deficient diets. Due to its richness in iron, it is also used as a supplement in diets to control anemia.
