Tapioca Maltodextrin with organic certification from Energy Feelings It is a type of Complex carbohydrate with a High Glycemic Index. It is a source of Energy for Endurance Sports and High Intensity Sports. Rapid absorption to promote performance and improve recovery.

In Sports Drinks mix 30-50 g with 200 - 400 ml of water, vegetable drink, milk or yogurt. Maltodextrin has a fairly low DE (10) and, therefore, it is used mainly for its thickening power, in ice creams and sorbets, up to a maximum of 2%; or in some packaged products (ready meals, freeze-dried, etc.).
