Description
Suma Root of 125 gr of Living Health acts on the restoration of nervous and glandular functions and the balance of the endocrine system (hormones). It also serves to minimize the effect of contraceptive medications, to treat cases of high cholesterol, and to neutralize toxins.
No magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide... Only the listed ingredients.
Indication
At the muscular level, Suma acts as a steroid without side effects. Some years ago it was known that Russian athletes included it in their diets for many years, for its property to increase muscle mass and endurance without the side effects commonly associated with anabolic steroids. This effect is attributed to a phytochemical called beta-ecdysterone and to three new ecdysteroid glycosides found in suma root.
In addition to beta-ecdysterone and ecdysteroid glycosides, responsible among other effects for the beneficial consequences for the immune system, the root of the plant contains:
- Six different pphaphic acids
- Sitosterol and stigmasterol (phytoestrogens)
- A large number of electrolytes and trace elements, including germanium, iron, magnesium, cobalt, silicon, and zinc
- Pantothenic acid
- Up to 11% saponins (glycosides of nortriterpenes)
- Vitamins A, B-1, B-2, E, K
- 19 different amino acids
This amount of active ingredients explains the variety of its applications. To give just a few examples, its uses in fighting skin conditions are explained by the presence of ecdysteroid chemicals.
On the nutritional side, its high germanium content is probably the cause of its effectiveness against anemia.
Its high content of saponins explains its wide spectrum of activity in terms of reducing the cholesterol level. In addition, within the saponins, six pfafic acids have been isolated that have the ability to inhibit melanomas and help regulate sugar levels.
