Description

Naturya Organic Acai Powder is hand-picked from Amazonian acai palms in northern Brazil. The fresh berries are carefully washed before the pulp is removed, pasteurized and frozen.

Indication

Our acai is always lyophilized within 24 hours after harvest, perfectly preserving the product without preservatives or irradiation. Our acai pulp freezes at temperatures of -40 ° C, removing all the water, a process called sublimation. Excessive processing of acai by heating or standard freezing methods can produce an unpleasant brown powder.
