The Premium Eco Maca from Salud Viva is a food supplement based on Maca, a herbaceous plant that has been cultivated in the Peruvian Andes since the time of the Incas, also called Peruvian maca, Andean maca or Peruvian ginseng. Maca is one of the most important superfoods.

Indication

Maca stands out for being a very complete multinutrient that increases our internal energy and vitality. It is a source of protein and the carbohydrates it contains are in the form of starch. In addition to these characteristics, it also stands out in its role as an intimate invigorator and its positive role in fertility. This product does not have magnesium stearate, nor silicon dioxide... Only the indicated ingredients.

Traditionally, the Andean inhabitants have used this plant as food (because it has a very good nutritional profile) and to improve their physical abilities and even enhance the fertility and reproduction of farmed animals.

Benefits of Premium Organic Maca

Perfectly indicated for athletes and/or active people, because it is a source of protein. Contains 10 of the essential amino acids. Proteins help build and maintain muscle mass. Due to its calcium content, it contributes to blood coagulation, the normal functioning of muscles, and the maintenance of bones and teeth in normal conditions.

Intake mode

5 to 10 grams per day is recommended. In convalescence and serious illnesses, take 10 to 20 grams a day. In athletes: 20 to 30 grams per day.
