Indication

Omega-3 fatty acids prevent cardiovascular conditions, help control blood pressure, the development and maintenance of the nervous system and the regulation of inflammatory processes. They have a high fiber content that helps regulate intestinal transit and helps control cholesterol in the body.

Intake mode

It is recommended to mix the seeds with water or fruit juice for 15-20 minutes until a gelatinous film is obtained.
