Indication

Bananas contain 3 natural sugars which are sucrose, fructose and glucose. It is also rich in protein, fiber, phosphorus, iron and vitamins and minerals.

Intake mode

It is recommended to adjust the amount according to use, 2 tablespoons (30 g) in your drink preparations, 50 g for your cakes (1/4 the amount of whole or white wheat flour).

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Does not require refrigeration. Shelf life, 18 months from packaging in sealed package.
