Description
Clif's Almond Chocolate and Oatmeal Energy Bar are designed to be taken during exercise.
Indication
They have an oat flake base that provides sustained energy and facilitates digestion, and more than 4% almonds and 3% cocoa with Rainforest Alliance certification.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take an energy bar up to an hour before training or competition. Take during exercise along with water. Take as a breakfast, lunch or snack between meals.
