Vegan flatbread with corn flour

I really appreciate the wraps to be used instead of the usual bread or even as a versatile ingredient for various recipes. In organic shops I can always find excellent alternatives based on special flours and with really curious flavors. The Sottolestelle brand offers a good assortment of wraps and not long ago I bought a 200g pack that contains 3 rather small wraps made from corn flour. The ingredients are really simple and healthy: corn flour, spelled, oil .... no yeast and therefore even lighter and more digestible. They are subtle, fragrant, even better when heated. The consistency is really good and they are ideal to fill with what you want. The flavor is delicate, light, nothing strange or particular, they can adapt very well to everyone's tastes. The look is pretty, they are a nice bright yellow color, really inviting. The price is a bit high but sometimes it's worth it.

Apprezzo tantissimo le piadine da utilizzare al posto del solito pane o anche come versatile ingrediente per varie ricette. Nei negozi biologici riesco sempre a trovare ottime alternative a base di farine speciali e dai sapori davvero curiosi. La marca Sottolestelle propone un buon assortimento di piadine e non molto tempo fa ho acquistato una confezione da 200g che contiene 3 piadine di dimensioni piuttosto piccole a base di farina di mais. Gli ingredienti sono davvero semplici e salutari: farina di mais, farro , olio.... nessuno lievito e per questo ancora più leggere e digeribili. Sono sottili, fragranti, ancora più buone se riscaldate. La consistenza è davvero ottima e sono ideali da farcire con cosa si desidera. Il sapore è delicato, leggero, niente di strano o particolare, possono adattarsi benissimo ai gusti di tutti. L'aspetto è grazioso, sono di un bel colore giallo vivo, davvero invitanti. Il prezzo è un pochetto elevato ma ogni tanto ne vale la pena.
