El Granero Integral coconut chips are ideal for when you feel like eating something sweet or salty. Its healthy fats fill us with nutritious energy. Coconuts are very nutritious and rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Indication

Coconut contains lauric acid. Lauric acid is a type of fat (MCT) found in breast milk. Coconut can increase thyroid function, and helps increase metabolism. The pulp is rich in magnesium, calcium and phosphorus and fortifies nails, hair and teeth. In addition, it helps prevent skin blemishes. It has sedative properties that help balance the nervous system and control anxiety.

Intake mode
