Wholegrain Rice Cakes with Intracma Spelled is made with whole spelled. They are an ideal product for making appetizers, snacks, to eat between meals and as an original and healthy alternative to bread and crackers.

Indication

Spelled is a "primitive wheat", and with respect to this it has a higher level of proteins (with eight essential amino acids), minerals, vitamins and trace elements. It is a good contribution of magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin E, vitamin B and beta-carotene, it provides a lot of fiber, and it is very rich in silicic acid, which is part of all our tissues and organs.
