Superbakery Pan Eco by Energy Feelings is composed of a mixture of ingredients specially selected for their perfect organoleptic and technical balance.

Indication

Corn flour: Corn is a very energetic food and the only cereal that contains substantial amounts of carotene (vitamin A). It is also rich in magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron and silicic acid, as well as in vitamins of the B complex.

Rice flour: Rice flour is a widely used ingredient, both in cooking and in pastry, due to its ability to thicken sauces, batters and different types of dough. It is a type of flour that absorbs little amount of water, while it does not form the characteristic elasticity of gluten, so it is recommended to mix it with other types of flour for a perfect final result.

Coconut sugar: Coconut sugar is a natural sweetener with a low glycemic index (IG 35) that balances and perfects the flavor of the preparation, providing stable energy to the body and some vitamins and trace elements that complement the high nutritional value of the formula.

Intake mode
