Probios' original unleavened wheat bread is prepared according to the ancient recipe that only uses flour and water. The resulting mixture is rolled out into very thin sheets and baked over hot stone.
Indication
The total absence of yeast makes this product light and digestible, thus avoiding the unpleasant sensation of swelling that leavened products can cause.
