Description

Organic Buckwheat Pam from Sottolestelle.

Indication

The result of a patient and extraordinary natural fermentation with the Sottolestelle mother yeast. Digestible and soft, with an intense bouquet of aromas, buckwheat bread is ideal as a base for spreading creams and sauces or for preparing bruschetta or toast.

Intake mode

Ideal to accompany any dish.

Precautions

Allergens: gluten. May contain traces of sesame seeds, soy and nuts.

Storage conditions

Store in a fresh and dry place. Once opened, consume preferably within a few days.

Ingredients
