    This bread is the best I've had in months. It's just buckwheat, just like the nutritionist told me and the truth is that I love it. Its texture is very similar to "normal" bread and toasted is delicious. It doesn't have milk, sugar or anything at all.

  • Arrowroot acts as a natural thickener, it is very digestive
  • Buckwheat, rich in high-quality protein and fiber, activator of circulation, useful for the nervous system and for capillary fragility
